The purpose of the 56s Boyle upgrade project was to provide a more reliable energy source to the village of Boyle, Alberta. Rising Edge provided Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning services to increase the capacity of 56s Boyle Substation. This included installing a new bay with 138KV breakers, 138/25kV Transformer, 25kV 6-cell switchgear building, line terminal, and control cables, as well as the relocation of the line breaker and 25kV feeder. Rising Edge also provided P&C and SCADA modifications.
