Project Complete Year  Q2 2023
Project Scope

This wind generation facility would generate 290MW of energy and  was developed in the following three (3) phases. All 3 phases shared the same interconnection infrastructure including 240kV transmission line and a 240/34.5kV substation.

  1. Phase 1 – a 122.4MW generation facility consisting of twenty-two (22) 5.5MW turbines, an underground collector line system, new turbine access roads, and road upgrades
  2. Phase 2 – a 71.4MW generation facility consisting of thirteen (13) 5.5MW turbines, an underground collector line system, new turbine access roads, and road upgrades
  3. Phase 3 – a 109.2MW generation facility consisting of twenty (20) 5.5MW turbines, an underground collector line system, new turbine access roads, and road upgrades.
Rising Edge’s Scope of Work

Rising Edge was responsible for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of 240/34.5kV collector substation and 100km (62 miles) of 34.5kV underground collector line network system, and 12km (7.5 miles) of 240kV transmission line.
