| Project Scope | The project consists of a 230-34.5 kV substation that connects the Silver Peak Project to the POI. The 230 kV side of the substation has one (1) incoming transmission line. The project substation consists of one (1) 230 kV line breaker and two (2) 230 kV transformer breakers that each protect a main power transformer (MPT) for a total of two (2) MPTs. Transformer 1 has an upper limit of 80 MVA and the 34.5kV side of the transformer consists of one (1) station service transformer, three (3) BESS collection feeders, one (1) spare feeder bay, one (1) BESS auxiliary feeder, and one (1) capacitor bank. Transformer 2 has an upper limit of 231 MVA and the 34.5kV side of the transformer consists of one (1) station service transformer, eleven (11) BESS collection feeders, one (1) BESS auxiliary feeder, and one (1) capacitor bank. |
