Troy is Executive Vice President of Business Development at Rising Edge Group, where he provides strategic leadership across business development, estimating and marketing. With more than two decades of experience in the energy infrastructure sector, he works closely with Rising Edge’s executive and management teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and guide sustainable growth across North America.
As one of Rising Edge’s earliest employees, Troy’s career has evolved alongside the company itself. He began as a Commissioning Technologist, spending 11 years in the field before transitioning into estimating and progressively taking on greater leadership responsibilities across estimating and business development. His career path ultimately led to his current role as Executive Vice President.
That depth of experience gives Troy a unique perspective on both the technical and commercial sides of the business. Over more than 23 years with Rising Edge, he has played an instrumental role in the company’s evolution from a small commissioning team into a 700+ employee EPC contractor with capabilities spanning engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, testing and commissioning, and long-term support for critical energy infrastructure across North America.
Today, Troy continues to play a key role in shaping Rising Edge’s growth strategy, with a focus on delivering exceptional value for clients, strengthening long-term partnerships and pursuing new markets and opportunities that align with the company’s capabilities and vision for the future.
